Dimraeth Archetypes: How the 48 Combinations Work
Learn how eight races and six classes form 48 Dimraeth archetypes, and which names are currently confirmed.
Explore the publicly named pairings
Choose from the names present in official material. The released character creator remains the authority for the full eight-by-six roster and each pairing's skill tree.
Read this combination's passive, first reachable skills and attribute scaling before spending points.
Continue to the build frameworkAn archetype is the result of combining one race with one class. Steam advertises eight races and six classes, creating 48 combinations, each with its own skill tree and playstyle. Choose the pairing as one character identity rather than assuming every race adds the same bonus to every class.
What to compare on the character screen
- Skill tree: inspect the actions and upgrades unique to the pairing.
- Passive: check what behavior the archetype rewards during combat.
- Attribute scaling: compare which stats improve its intended role.
- Spell access: note whether desired universal spells require attributes outside the core plan.
- Group role: decide whether the pairing adds pressure, protection, control, range, or support.
Publicly named pieces of the roster
Official material names Human and Minotaur races and Brawler and Magician classes. The September Early Access announcement also names Elf and Shadow. Those names confirm parts of the character framework, but they do not form a complete eight-by-six launch table on their own.
| Confirmed framework | What it means |
|---|---|
| 8 races | the advertised race count |
| 6 classes | the advertised class count |
| 48 archetypes | every race can combine with every class |
| unique skill tree and playstyle | the pairing changes more than its label |
Do not use an old Demo roster to fill the missing names. The developer has discussed additional candidates, while also noting legacy roster inconsistencies. In the released character creator, compare the exact pairing description, required attributes, and first reachable skills before committing.
